Shop hydrostatic testing water should be pH adjusted and contain a liquid-based VPCI. After shop hydrostatic testing, components should be drained and air-blown dry. A vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor (VPCI) may be applied prior to capping and sealing for transportation and storage.
