Nowadays, many enterprises are using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). The Quality of Service (QoS) of VoIP packet is very important for the real-time service and the quality of voice. For improving the QoS of VoIP, the scheduling problem for real-time packets on router is one of most challenging problem which is also proved to be NP-hard problem. In this paper, we consider a Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) packet's sequence processing for voice quality.
