The third-party payment in China has obtained the favor of many personal users and internet businesses by virtue of its monitoring to the transaction process and guarantee to both parties' interests. In 2010, the scale of third-party payment in China mounted up to 1,010.5 billion RMB. Currently the industry of third-party payment in China faces not only opportunities, but also challenges. There are some problems such as uncertain legal status, illegal transfer of funds, tax evasion and network security, which can not be ignored.
