ASME B31.12 covers piping in gaseous and liquid hydrogen service and pipelines in gaseous hydrogen service. This chapter is based on the 2008 edition of B31.12 which includes three major Parts; General Requirements (GR), Industrial Piping (IP) and Pipelines (PL). Also included are mandatory appendices I through XI and nonmandatory appendices A through F. The 2008 edition is the first Edition of B31.12. The next edition will be the 2011 edition and will be published in 2012.
