During the development process of simulation test equipments for aircraft products, there is a demand for a certain mechanical separation device. The device could pull up the cable plug from the aircraft product in a short time, without affecting other devices. Our proposal satisfied the requirements by using slider-crank mechanism and leveraging the stepper motor control program flexibly. The detailed design and the final test results are given in this paper.
