The clamp repair technology of subsea oil and gas pipeline has been successfully used in China’s subsea oil and gas pipeline repair projects. However, the research of the key equipment which is diverless full structure permanent pipeline repair clamp in the technology has just started. The main components which contain the main body, axial seal, circumferential sealing module, the tighten flange, tension slips and sacrificial anode, and the design principles of the diverless full structure permanent pipeline repair clamp are introduced in detail. The processes of repair work used in subsea oil and gas pipeline clamp are elaborated. What it expected is to lay technology foundation for breaking through the blockade of foreign technology, and the development of independent intellectual property rights of diverless full structure permanent pipeline repair clamp.
