Flow and diffusion in micro channel are important influence factors of premixing catalytic combustion in the micro gas turbine engine. Methane enters micro premixing chamber along axial direction, and air enters micro premixing chamber along radial direction, then methane and air mix vertically in the micro premixing chamber, passing rotational flow channels into annular chamber. The numerical investigation shows that enter flow velocity and premixing chamber structure are the dominant factors of the diffusion, and the flow resistance in premixing chamber is low. Because of the low characteristic dimension and flow velocity. For the arc-shaped and straight micro-channel, there is a method to get well mixing effections in micro premixing chamber.
