Abstract
A modified Werner’s method is used to study, at any real arbitrary frequency, the scattering problem of full axisymetric elastic structures and for any axisymetric elastic shell. It leads to a coupled system of integral equations on the surface of the structure which governs the scattering pressure and the normal component of the displacement vector on the boundary’s structure. A finite element method is computed to calculate the scattering of elastic structures for low and medium frequency ranges. Then this method is tested on the case of a steel made sphere in a radial field and applied to a « LINE » shaped structure, which is a right cylinder ended by two half spheres on its extremities.
